What payment methods are accepted, and when should I call Customer Success?
We accept Credit Card on our site for Auto Renew or Advance Invoicing payments. For Advance Invoicing accounts, you may also mail a check using the instructions provided on your invoice.
Please call Customer Service if you need to:
- Add or remove users from your account
- Add additional subscriptions
- Cancel your subscription
- Get help with billing questions that you cannot resolve in the portal
