New Payment System Overview
We’ve successfully updated the system that manages subscriptions and billing for the ICR Music Digital Libraries. Your access to ICR Music has not changed. This only affects how subscriptions renew and how billing is handled.
What you should do now
We recommend that all admins visit their dashboard and add a payment method. This ensures that your next renewal is easy, seamless, and uninterrupted.
You can access the billing portal from your dashboard or by clicking “Subscriptions” in the top navigation.
How renewals and billing work
Subscriptions are now set up to renew automatically each year. This allows for clearer renewal notices and more reliable billing communication.
If you prefer not to use automatic renewal, you may instead receive an emailed invoice approximately 30 days before your renewal date. Invoices can be paid online or by check.
To request invoice-based billing, please email us at liturgy@ocp.org, and our customer service team will assist you.
