How do I access the billing portal to manage my subscription?
Our billing and subscription management is handled through our secure self-service portal.
To access the portal:
- Click “Subscriptions” in the top menu, or
- Go to the dashboard and click the "Manage Subscriptions button.
Note: These options are only visible to your organization’s admin. If you do not see them, you may not have admin access.
Inside the self-service portal, organization admins can:
- Add, remove, or update payment methods
- View renewal dates
- Pay open invoices (for Advance Invoicing accounts)
- View billing history
You will still need to call Customer Service to:
- Add or remove users from your organization
- Add new subscriptions
- Cancel your subscription
