How does Auto Renew work?

With Auto Renew, your subscription renews automatically each year using your saved payment method.

Here's how it works:

• You must have a valid payment method on file (credit card).
• You will receive a renewal reminder email 8 days before your renewal date.
• On your renewal date, your payment method will be automatically charged.

If your payment fails:

• We will notify you by email.
• We will retry the payment several times.
• If payment cannot be collected, your subscription will be canceled.

You can update or change your payment method anytime in the self-service portal.
